How long does shipping take for large furniture items?
Standard delivery for in-stock furniture typically takes 7-14 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 6-10 weeks. You will receive a tracking link and a call from our white-glove delivery partner to schedule a time slot.
Do you offer white-glove delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer a comprehensive white-glove service for an additional fee. This includes room-of-choice delivery, full assembly of your items, and the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Furniture must be in its original condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to large items, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Does Mobellia furniture come with a warranty?
Every Mobellia piece is backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental stains and damage.
Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing?
Absolutely. We offer up to five complimentary fabric or leather swatches to help you visualize how our materials will look and feel in your specific lighting and space.
